Do you work with general contractors, subcontractors, or both?
Both. We support GCs compiling full bid packages and subs pricing their specific trade scope.
What file formats do you accept for drawings?
PDF is preferred. We also accept Bluebeam sessions, and shared links from Procore, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any file sharing platform.
How do I send large drawing sets?
You can share a Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer link directly to our email. No file size limits on our end.
What if I need a revision after delivery?
Minor revisions within the original scope are included. If scope changes significantly due to addenda or drawing revisions, we will requote the additional work before proceeding.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, upon request before project kickoff.
What is your turnaround time?
Most scopes are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete drawing set and confirmed scope.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes, subject to current workload. A rush fee applies.
Do you handle takeoff only, or full estimates too?
Both. Some clients need quantities only; others need full priced estimates. Just let us know your scope when you reach out.
